Outside of Work

“I grew up in Fayette County with the blue-collar values of Western PA – my dad was a coal miner. Lawyers and the legal profession were not a part of my reality growing up. I didn’t know any attorneys and I certainly didn’t envision myself becoming one. What I did understand, though, was the value of hard work. From a young age I challenged myself to try different things and immerse myself in them, whether it was playing instruments, working the tech crew for plays in high school, playing soccer in college, or jumping into powerlifting as an adult. I’ve always wanted to learn as much as possible and meet as many different types of people as I could.

Those are the experiences that made me excited about injury law – I felt like I could relate to almost any client who walked through the door. I could understand their lives and their struggles. I saw my family and neighbors and friends in them.

This is also what makes me passionate about leading this law firm – Edgar Snyder & Associates reflects the values I cherish about my hometown and the Western PA region: Hard work and doing right by others. Attorney Leonelli is active in the community, supporting the Paralyzed Veterans of America, the Miracle League of Pennsylvania's Laurel Highlands, and the Pittsburgh Steelwheelers. He also sponsors Angry Chicks Youth Softball. A Uniontown, PA native, Attorney Leonelli sponsors the Fayette County Fair and the Uniontown Italian Festival.

I hold National Records in the United States Powerlifting Association, an Ohio state record in the Revolution Powerlifting Syndicate, and Pennsylvania state records in the International Powerlifting Association.”
