A Career Built on Understanding Both Sides
Attorney Lichtenstein's unique background sets him apart:
Insurance Defense Experience
His early career started over 30 years ago, representing insurance companies. During that time, he learned the tricks of the insurance trade, which allows him to know exactly how to pressure the insurance companies and defense attorneys when representing accident victims.
Medical Malpractice Experience
Time spent at a medical malpractice firm honed his ability to analyze complex medical issues. This is a crucial ability when injuries are at the core of every case we handle.
Holistic Approach to Client Representation
Attorney Lichtenstein understands that an injury affects every aspect of a person's life. He firmly believes that a good lawyer recognizes, identifies, and holistically connects all of these areas when they step into their clients’ shoes to provide legal representation.
Outside of Work
"I grew up in the South Hills of Pittsburgh and attended Mt. Lebanon High School. During my first summer of college, I volunteered at a local hospital assisting in cleaning and refurbishing the Operating Suites. During this time, I had the opportunity to interact with patients and their families, which made me realize that helping individuals in their time of need was a calling that I wanted to incorporate into my professional life. That’s when I returned home to Pittsburgh to attend Duquesne Law School to begin my career representing individuals in need.
I’m married with three wonderful sons. In my spare time, I enjoy tennis, running and playing with my three Havanese dogs. I'm also an avid meditation practitioner and yoga enthusiast.” -Attorney Lichtenstein
