About Attorney Trust

As an owner and our firm's Chief Production Officer, Attorney Brad Trust brings invaluable strategic insight to every case we handle. His role extends beyond individual case management – he oversees all of our personal injury attorneys, ensuring clients receives the dedicated representation they deserve.

Attorney Trust’s Strategic Leadership in Personal Injury Law

As our Chief Production Officer, Attorney Trust:

  • Reviews and guides strategy for complex personal injury cases
  • Selects and coordinates with expert witnesses
  • Weighs in on the accident investigations process
  • Ensures clients receive comprehensive support

Prior to joining Edgar Snyder & Associates, Attorney Trust spent 16 years working as an insurance defense attorney for insurance companies, individuals, and corporations throughout Pennsylvania and West Virginia. This unique background shapes his approach to leading our personal injury team – he doesn't just know how insurance companies think, he understands their playbook inside and out.

Now that he works for accident victims, knowing the other side’s gameplan allows him to help our team of attorneys prepare for what’s coming next.

Attorney Trust knows how insurance companies work, and with his experience leading our attorney group, we won’t be caught off guard by the other side’s next move. This means that you won’t be caught off guard either – instead, you'll have a strategic advocate who stays one step ahead.

Brad Trust’s Proven Track Record of Success:

Attorney Trust's achievements speak to his dedication and experience:

Outside of Work

I grew up in Pittsburgh.  My mom was a teacher in the Pittsburgh Public Schools and my dad was a truck driver.  Because there wasn’t always extra money to go around, I started working when I was 13 years old washing dishes.  I’m also a proud product of Pittsburgh Public Schools as well as the University of Pittsburgh, where I put myself through law school, working as a waiter at several local restaurants.  I understand the importance of working and being able to earn a living, so I understand exactly what our clients are going through when they’ve been injured, and they and their family’s livelihoods are at risk.

Outside of work I love cycling. It’s a way for me to think about all of the issues that are going on in my job and life. In silence, I can really focus on cases, our clients, and finding the best resolutions for them.

Cycling is also a way for me to experience our city, which I love. I love the seasons here, the culture, the different ethnic neighborhoods, the sports teams. I love that there is a blue collar, hard-working mentality in this city and region.” – Attorney Brad Trust
