About Attorney Zaremski-Young
Attorney Zaremski-Young began her career at Edgar Snyder & Associates as a law clerk and has worked her way up from clerk, to case manager, to attorney, to team leader, to owner, and now to her current role of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Legal Officer.
Since becoming an attorney, she has handled many unique cases, including multiple eight-figure and complex cases involving multiple defendants. She loves being as hands on as possible to support her clients and collect evidence – she’s been inside of coal mines, hiked up mountains, and climbed through forests.
Attorney Zaremski-Young has developed a reputation in commercial motor vehicle litigation as well as complex construction litigation. Her personal passion is helping clients through complex cases with multiple defendants and multiple or unusual liability situations (climbing accidents, swimming accidents, etc.).
A Client-Focused Approach in Every Case
In one such case there were nine defendants and multiple liability claims, all of which unfortunately came together to create a tragic outcome for Attorney Zaremski-Young’s client, resulting in paraplegia and debilitating cognitive issues.
While handling her client’s personal injury case, she was also was actively involved in helping the family through the orphans’ court with petitioning to have a guardian appointed as well as helping to make the best decisions possible for the client’s future through special needs trust planning.
Attorney Zaremski-Young believes that the foundation of success in any case is a trusting relationship between an attorney and their client, which means being a safe space where clients can share their struggles and lean on their attorney for support, whether it’s legal counsel, hospital visits, or being a listening ear.
Outside of Work
“My dad, a veteran, was a civilian working for the Department of Defense after being honorably discharged from the Army, so I moved around as a kid growing up and understand the value of hard-work, going the extra mile, and creating a village of support. I worked through high school, college, and law school. My jobs ranged from working at a hospital serving food to patients to being on the maintenance crew at an apartment complex.
I’m a mom, and proud of it. My family is my world (I’m also a dog mom and axolotl mom). I enjoy being active and crazy with all of them and having a house that is a tornado of kids coming in and out. We love sports, being outdoors, spending time by our fire pit, and soaking up everything Pittsburgh. If I’m not at work, then I’m usually at a field or in a gymnasium for youth sports.
I also love giving back to the community. I’m currently serving as the vice chair for the Ryan Shazier Fund for Spinal Rehabilitation and am also on their board and have served on the boards of the PAJ and WPTLA.” – Attorney Zaremski-Young
