Do you remember the excitement of starting a new school year with brand new supplies? The crisp notebooks waiting to be filled with ideas, the sharp pencils eager to scribble down knowledge, and the colorful markers ready to bring creativity to life. Unfortunately, not every child has the privilege of experiencing this joy.

That's why we're proud to announce that our law firm has teamed up with WPXI and their 11 Cares initiative, sponsoring a Pack The Bus event held at Staples locations throughout Pittsburgh on Saturday morning. The event was organized by The Education Partnership, which serves as many as 69,000 students in need and this is its biggest fundraiser of the year.

At the core of the Pack The Bus event is providing essential school supplies to children who may otherwise go without. These supplies include backpacks, notebooks, pencils, pens, calculators, folders, and more. By ensuring that every child has access to these basic tools, we are equipping them with the resources necessary for their educational journey.

One of our partners attended the event and contribute to this great cause. Brad Trust, CPO and Partner said, "It’s one of our core principles so this was a no-brainer for us. Our firm is really honored and happy to participate in this program and give back to the community." If you missed the event but still want to donate, all Pittsburgh branches of the Clearview Federal Credit Union will be accepting supplies through the end of this month.
